One thing to know: for commercial flights, the pilot is responsible for holding the licences and operating authorisation required in their country (e.g. DGCA in India, FAA Part 107 in the US). Always ask the pilot for proof of their permit before you book.

1How much does it cost to hire a drone pilot?
Every listing publishes its own rates up front — a day rate, and usually weekly, monthly and trial-day rates as well — so you can budget before you make contact. Your quote depends on the location, flight time, equipment and deliverables, and you only release payment once you approve the finished work.
2Do drone pilots need a licence to fly commercially?
Yes, in most countries commercial drone work requires registration and an operating authorisation — a DGCA Remote Pilot Licence in India, FAA Part 107 in the United States, or an EU 2019/947 authorisation in Europe. HireDronePilot does not license or train pilots: the pilot you book is responsible for holding the right permit, so ask to see their licence or authorisation before the flight.
3What drone services can I book on HireDronePilot?
