By using Hire Drone Pilot, you agree to the following terms:
Nature of Service
Hire Drone Pilot is a marketplace platform that connects clients with independent drone pilots. We are not a drone operator ourselves, and we provide a platform for vendors to list their services.
Vendor Independence
All pilots listed on our site are independent contractors, not employees of Hire Drone Pilot. We do not control their actions, pricing, or schedules.
Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Please note that while the platform collects booking information, no online payment method is enabled at this stage. Therefore, we are not responsible for tracking payments or ensuring payment compliance. Any payment disputes must be raised between the client and the pilot directly. Hire Drone Pilot does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Taxes
As independent contractors, drone pilots/vendors are responsible for paying taxes on their earnings. It is the pilot's/vendor's responsibility to ensure compliance with the tax laws of the country in which they are operating. Hire Drone Pilot is not accountable for any tax violations that occur as a result of a pilot’s/vendor's earnings or activities. We recommend that pilots/vendors consult with a tax professional to ensure they are fulfilling their tax obligations.
Platform Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or shut down the platform at any time, with or without notice, during the beta testing phase.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any misuse of your account is your responsibility.
No Liability
We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss incurred through services provided by drone pilots listed on our platform. Additionally, we are not responsible for any legal issues or violations, including but not limited to tax-related issues, that may arise as a result of services provided by the pilots.
Termination
We may terminate any user or vendor account that violates our terms or local laws without prior notice.
Please note that as our platform is in beta testing, we cannot be held liable for any issues, including payment and tax-related disputes, that may arise during this phase. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
