If your booked drone pilot does not show up or does not deliver the agreed service, and this is confirmed by our team, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support with proof (chat screenshots, payment receipts, etc.) and we will investigate the issue.

Click on "Pilot" --> "Sign Up" and fill out your profile with service details, pricing, images, and past work. After verification, your profile will go live, and clients can start booking you directly.

Each drone pilot is required to submit identity and service verification before being approved. You can also check customer reviews, ratings, sample work, and location on their profile before making a booking.

You pay securely online through our platform. The amount is held until the service is marked as completed. If there’s a service issue, you may request a refund after proper investigation.
