By accessing or using HireDronePilot.io (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
HireDronePilot.io is a platform for connecting users with drone service providers and pilots. We do not control, manage, supervise, or guarantee the services provided by independent drone pilots.
You are solely responsible for your interactions and transactions with drone pilots or service providers.
You must comply with all Indian laws, regulations, and safety guidelines regarding drone operations and data collection.
You are responsible for ensuring the legality and appropriateness of your hired services.
By signing up for HireDronePilot.io, you consent to receive communications from us via any medium including but not limited to email, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call. These communications may include booking confirmations, updates, marketing messages, service information, and support.
HireDronePilot.io does not process or facilitate any payments between clients and pilots for offline transactions. All payment arrangements and settlements for such transactions are strictly between the client and the pilot. We disclaim all responsibility or liability for disputes, fraud, loss, non-performance, delays, or issues arising from offline or direct payments.
It is the sole responsibility of both parties to verify credentials, agree to terms, and secure payments through mutually acceptable means.
HireDronePilot.io reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel your registration, booking, or use of services at our sole discretion. If we suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse of our platform or services, we may deny or terminate your access without notice or liability.
The Site, including all content, services, and pilot listings, is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any services or pilots listed on our platform.
To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law:
HireDronePilot.io, its owners, affiliates, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its services—even if we have been advised of such damages.
We are not responsible for any injury, death, property damage, regulatory fines, legal claims, or losses resulting from the actions or omissions of any pilot or third party, or from your use of any drones, data, or services arranged through our Site.
You use this Site and hire services at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireDronePilot.io, its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from and against any claims, demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Site or services;
Your violation of any law or third-party rights;
Your breach of these Terms.
The Site may link to or feature content from third parties. We are not responsible for any third-party services, sites, or actions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
If you wish to delete or remove your account from HireDronePilot.io, please send an email request to support@hiredronepilot.io. Your request will be processed in accordance with our privacy and data retention policies. Upon validation, your account and data will be deleted unless retention is required by law.
