• Operate the DJI Matrice 350 RTK in manual and assisted flight to clean façades of multi-storey and high-rise buildings (glass, aluminium, concrete).
• Fly 1–3 m from the façade, and as close as 0.5 m when needed, keeping the cleaning lance stable and the operation safe.
• Run the cleaning system at 150 bar with 90–120 °C hot water, adjusted to how dirty each façade is; set up hose layouts (100 m split into 40 m and 60 m with quick couplings) to keep pressure stable.
• Monitor the drone and the cleaning result continuously, while watching battery level and flight data on the remote controller.
• Lead the ground team by walkie-talkie, or with a hand-signal system I trained the crew on; coordinate with the client's representative on site.
• Diagnose and fix faults on site: filter changes and full-system checks. When the heater stopped producing hot water, I traced it to an electrical fault preventing the burner from igniting, and restored it.
