1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HireDronePilot (hiredronepilot.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The Marketplace
HireDronePilot is an online marketplace that connects clients who need drone services with professional drone pilots. We facilitate introductions, hiring requests, negotiations and communication, but each engagement is between the client and the pilot directly unless otherwise agreed.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Pilot Responsibilities
Pilots are responsible for holding the licences, permits and insurance required by the applicable civil aviation authority in their country (e.g. DGCA, FAA, EASA/CAA, CASA), operating safely, honouring agreed scope and pricing, and delivering work on time. Pilots must not misrepresent their qualifications or equipment.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project details, communicate scope changes, and pay the agreed amount for completed, accepted work. Clients must not use the platform to solicit unlawful services.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform to harass others, post false or misleading content, attempt to access other users' accounts, interfere with the platform's operation, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Payments
Payment terms are agreed between the client and pilot for each engagement. HireDronePilot may offer escrow-style protection and commission-based pricing in the future; any such terms will be communicated at the point of transaction.
8. Content & IP
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant HireDronePilot a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. Pilots retain rights to their portfolio and delivered work except as agreed with the client for the specific engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
HireDronePilot provides the platform 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any engagement between users.
